Whicht bolts I need to connect throats?

Hello!
I have a pair of Altec 805 horns and altec 30162 horn throats, but the bolts are missed. Which bolts I need? I have metric M8 and UNC 5/16 but both are not match. Where can I buy proper bolts set?

288G sheet calls for 3/8" x 24. Altec used studs with nuts. Bolts work OK.

Unfortunately, this is not the information I'm looking. I'm asked for the connection the throat to the horn, not driver to the throat.

Ah. It's been so long I can't remember. Thread won't matter if the nuts match the bolts, my advice is use the largest bolt you can fit thru the hole. If the 5/16 is loose fit try 3/8, if it's too big try 1/4. they should be inch size rather than metric.

All else fails call Great Plains. I'm a fan of stainless steel bolts but they aren't required.

The problem is that the inch size bolts are not available in Russia and I have to order them somewhere abroad. I bought UNC 5/16 but they are not suitable, because they pitch is more than the thread pitch on the horns

That's right the horns are threaded. Perhaps one of the other fellows can chime in, or again maybe Great Plains can tell you. I have boxes of bolts. Can probably send what you need for postage cost.

They are 1/2" Hex Head by 1/4"-24 thread American, just checked them on my 1005's. Also Mike no longer than 1" the 1 1/4" will hit the back of the horn.

Also use a 3/8" lock washer.

I got them from my local Homey-D crap shack ! In plain terms Home Depot...

On my Tar-Filled 1005's Earl the flange on the Horn is threaded so the threads have to be right.I measured with a tape measure and hand counted the threads 3 times for accuracy.There are 24 turns per inch.They are just bolts/washers no nuts needed.The throat mounts to the horn just by the threads in the horn.

My bolts are not 1/4 but 5/16. Anyway 24 thread is what I was asking for! I just bought such bolts on e-bay.
